Questions firms ask first
Short answers to what firms ask on the first call. Ask the rest on the demo.
Getting started
3 questions
1Do our clients’ employees need accounts?
No. They keep using the channel they already use. The Case is created on your side.
2Do we have to move off the tools we use now?
No. Worknaut connects to the email, phone and messaging your clients already use, and keeps the record on your side. Nothing has to be migrated on day one.
3How long does adding a client take?
The same day. Adding a client is connecting its channels and employee records, not a build. Routing, permissions and SLA follow from the client record once it exists.
Clients and data
1 question
4Can one client ever see another client’s data?
No. Every Case, document and conversation belongs to exactly one client, and that boundary decides what your team sees and what the AI may read. Public legal sources are shared; client documents never are.
AI and approvals
2 questions
5Does the AI send answers on its own?
No. It drafts, with the rule it used attached. A manager reviews and approves before anything goes out to an employee, and every action is recorded.
6Where does the AI get its answers?
From that client’s own handbook and policies, the Case history, approved knowledge cards, and public legal sources. It cites what it used, so the reviewer can check it.
Pricing and channels
2 questions
7How is Worknaut priced?
By the service you run, not by the number of employees your clients have. When a client hires, your price does not climb. Ask for the current plan on the demo.
8Which channels are supported today?
Email, phone, messaging apps and a web portal, connected per client. If a client uses something else, tell us on the demo.
